Thank you for supporting Avalyn. Because our products are digital downloads (audio recordings, guides and PDFs) that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, please read this policy before you buy.
Digital downloads
Once a digital product has been purchased and the download has been accessed or downloaded, we are generally unable to offer a refund, as the product cannot be “returned.” We recommend reading each product description carefully so you know what you’re purchasing.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure — for example, if a file is faulty, corrupted, or significantly different from its description — and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If you experience a problem with a download — it won’t open, the file is corrupted, or you didn’t receive your link — please contact us and we’ll fix it promptly, including re-sending your download or, where appropriate, issuing a refund.
Change of mind
Because digital products are delivered immediately, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been downloaded. Please choose carefully.
Free products
Free guides (such as our chakra healing guide) are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds.
